Artificial Intelligence & Automated Access Policy

(Canada – Law Firm Website)

1. Express Permission for AI and Automated Systems

Subject to the conditions below, we expressly permit:

  • Crawling and indexing by search engines

  • Access by large language models (LLMs)

  • Use by retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems

  • Automated scraping of publicly accessible pages

  • Creation of embeddings, summaries, and derivative analytical outputs

This permission applies to both commercial and non-commercial AI systems.

2. Permission for AI Training (Including Commercial Models)

We grant a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use publicly available content on this website for:

  • Training foundation models and large language models

  • Fine-tuning AI systems

  • Dataset inclusion

  • Machine learning research and development

This licence applies only to content that is publicly accessible and does not include restricted, client, or confidential materials.

3. Scope of Licence Under Canadian Law
